At Wise Age, we make sure your orders are packed securely and delivered on time. We ship across the week, except Sundays and public holidays, and only work with trusted courier partners to ensure your package reaches you safely and quickly.
Where do we ship?
We deliver PAN India, covering over 27,000 pin codes. Some pin codes may not be serviceable due to courier partner limitations.
How long does delivery take?
- Orders are dispatched the next working day after you place them.
- Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days from dispatch, though it may be faster or slightly longer depending on your location.
- All orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order is received in a damaged condition:
- Call us at +91-98989 80860 or email support@wiseagenutrition.com with your Order ID.
- Please include a clear image of the damaged product so we can resolve the issue quickly.
How is my order shipped?
- Each order is handpicked and packed carefully at our warehouse or partner warehouses.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via SMS and/or email.
- The delivery partner will contact you when they arrive at your provided address.
