Damaged Orders
We take utmost care in packaging and quality checks to ensure your order reaches you safely. However, if your product is damaged during transit, we will replace it. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and share supporting images as proof of damage.
Incorrect Items Received
Our team ensures accurate order fulfillment, but if you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will arrange a pickup of the incorrect product and ship the correct one at the earliest. Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
Cancellations
- If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it by writing to us at support@wiseagenutrition.com.
- Once approved, the cancellation will be processed, and your refund will be initiated within 2 business days.
- Refund Timelines:
- Prepaid orders (credit/debit card, net banking): Refund will be credited to the original payment account within 2–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be made via bank transfer to the billing details you provide. The transfer will be initiated within 2 business days of receiving the returned product and your bank details, and may take 2–3 additional days to reflect in your account.
- Payments made using discount vouchers are non-refundable. Vouchers are single-use only and will be marked as used even if you cancel the order.
Returns, Replacements And Refunds
We offer a simple return process for damaged or incorrect items. You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 48 hours of delivery. Partial returns (specific items from your order) are also allowed.
Steps to Initiate a Return/Replacement:
Step 1: Email our support team at support@wiseagenutrition.com within 2 business days of receiving your order.
Step 2: Share your Order ID, invoice copy, and product images as proof.
Step 3: We will arrange a pickup within 2–4 business days. Refunds/replacements will be processed once the returned products reach us in their original condition with seals, labels, barcodes, and packaging intact.
Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:
- The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.
- Returned without original packaging, labels, freebies, or accessories.
- Product defects not covered under seller/manufacturer warranty.
- Product has been used, altered, or tampered with.
- The return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery.

Partial Returns
Yes, you may return part of your order. If multiple items were ordered, you can request a return/refund/replacement for selected products only. Please ensure the item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all complimentary gifts included. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
